- We ship via UPS ground shipping to anywhere in the USA.

- Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt.
- Packages are picked up for shipping each Tuesday and Friday.

$25-50  purchase = $10
$50-75  purchase = $12
$75-100 purchase = $14
$100+   purchase = $18

- Shipping times may vary to different areas
- Depending on the delivery location, the driver may or may not require a
signature.
- The package may be left in a secure location if no one is available.

RETURN POLICY:

- Refunds are granted for returns received within 30 days of receipt  of goods
- Returns received past 30 days are NOT eligible to return
- ALL returns must arrive in their original condition with original packaging
and a copy of the receipt.

- NO REFUNDS are granted for sale items

- Please note body care and perfume items may NOT be returned once opened

- Returns will be processed within 72 hours of receipt of returned goods
- All returns MUST include a copy of the original receipt

DAMAGES:

- Items shipped will be insured for their value in case of  shipping damage.
- All orders must be inspected and any damages must be reported within
  72 hours of receipt. Photos may be needed to confirm specific damages.
- Please call or email to inform us of the damage.
- Once the damage has been assessed by our team, we will issue  an RA
(return authorization) number. Please add this number to the box  being returned.

- We will promptly arrange a replacement or return although a replacement
may not always be in stock, in which case a credit will be issued.
